    Sp Tool DRAM Error Finally Fixed

    How to fix the error?

    Don’t worry that you bricked the phone just take a deep breath and relax a little bit, I am not gonna leave from here without fixing the error!

    THE PROBLEM YOU FACED!!

    You might be flashing a firmware or a wrong ROM on your device using SP tool and the moment after you formatted the whole device including the bootloader lead to a HARD BRICKED phone in your hands, with no sign of charging LED light or anything. After that when you tried to flash your stock ROM back on the device using SP TOOLS then you get the error written:
    “BROM ERROR : S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL (4032) ”
    this critical issue happens when the space in the device storage get wiped(EMMC storage).

     

    see how you gonna fix your phone yourself without going to the service provider in a few simple steps!!!!1. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A STOCK ORIGINAL ROM OF YOUR DEVICE & PROPER DRIVERS INSTALLED ON YOUR PC.

    2. OPEN SP TOOLS.

    3. BROWSE THE SCATTER FILES OF YOUR ROM AND CLICK DOWNLOAD.

    4. IMMEDIATELY PRESS THE VOLUME DOWN BUTTON THEN AFTER THAT CONNECT YOUR DEVICE TO THE PC WHEN SEARCHING APPEARS ON THE SP TOOL (if not worked then do the same process but this time you press both the POWER AND VOLUME DOWN button)

    5. THEN FLASH YOUR STOCK ROM GREEN CIRCLE APPEARS AND YOU ARE DONE WITH IT!!

    SEE HOW SIMPLE!!!!

    TIP:
    * Use the latest version of the Sp tool to flash your stock Rom! If the green completion circle appears and still the device doesn’t boots up then use the Sp tool version number 5.1424 to flash the device.

    Note: After lots of fixing I’ve found out that all the devices have different ways to get flashed properly, for those who didn’t fixed their phone by the following above method including the steps mentioned under the comments, please leave the details of your phone either in the comment section or in the support form I will definitely look for the solution Asap. Plus those who are having lenovo, their work is in progress for the fix. Also if you guys are finding trouble reading the comments section on your mobile, then you can change the view from portrait to landscape for better reading (enable auto rotation).

        change the firmware. if you flashed with old then use new firmware. if u flashed with new then used old firmware. one of them must work

      HI,
      My phone is chinese I phone 7 clone, it doesnt boot (screen is blank) or else it responds but screen doesnt work (like home button vibrates even screen when touched it vibrates but screen doesnt start).
      Flashing was successful with green circle showing sucessful at the end still it doesnt start , please help.

      But now you no longer on the and attempted several times with several flash tool.
      And I have another problem that a message of error gives me to:
      error nand flash was not detected mtk6572

      Options when the rom in the flash has tool you do not have the file’s address and they are the usrdata and the uboot they appear in you empty, es hope that you can help me with this problem. Thanks.

      I have an alcatel pop c7 7041x. And I tried flash stock firmware, kitkat firmware and also the backup one made with mtk tools and when i plug the phone to the pc always shows same error dram……. And doesn’t do a thing. Any suggestions?

      I have flashed the wrong firmware on my micromax e313, aftr that i got N numbers of lines on my display.. Its bricked.. Then i have changed the motherboard of same model but dif ver of firmware installed.. Bad luck i m getting same dead dispaly with numerous lines on it.. Can u help me?

      i flashed samsung galaxy tab 5 clone mtk 6572, ty0712b-3g-hd-2-kk-v3.8.1.151225 kitkat rom i downloaded it from 4shared downloads it flashed and showed the green pass ok but after powering it on it showed no sign of life. only can be recognised in the device manager mtk usb port com6 as connected so if this was not an orignal rom where can i find the original rom pliz help

      I finally fixed my device by using the latest SP Tool and correct FRIMWARE
      Methods:
      1.Click on download button in SP Tool
      2.Connect phone to usb cable by holding volume down button and the flashing process will start then release volume button.

        Well, you flashed the wrong preloader onto your device. You will need to first flash the correct preloader for your device. After you flash the correct preloader, you can flash all of the correct firmware to your device.

      Hi,

      I have Micromax A114 phone. I upgraded software as previously having problem in phone-phone was stuck on its logo only. After hard boot or applied with all option of restarting or factory resetting, unable to on phone. Only logo was appearing so went to shop and shopkeeper upgraded it and phone worked for 1 week then again logo appears only. And now even nothing appears in phone, unable to charge or nothing is there in screen. So trying with SP tool, sometime red bar display with 100% downloading and purple bar appears with 100% downloading but nothing more than that. Still unable to On phone or do anything through SP tool – (SPtool version-SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1352.01) and used Micromax_A114_V1_221013_(by_xdafirmware.com) – Micromax_A114_V3_240714_(by_xdafirmware.com), used both scatter files but nothing happen. Please advise what to do and how to live my phone again.

      Sir,I have Micromax a350 and maybe it is bricked because it’s my pc making connection sound when connecting my phone ,I also flashed it with SP tools but it stuck on 100% of red bar and showing error of storage mismatch I.e., target storage is band and scatter storage is emmc .
      So please help in resolving this problem
      And give me the original stock ROM link too if required

      I followed the procedure you suggested above but still no results..
      the error is still the same:
      Storage type missmatch!
      scatter storage type is HW_ STORAGE_EMMC
      target storage type is HWSTORAGE_NONE

      I have 2 phone:

      One is Cherry Mobile XL [I have a backup from SPFT ROM_0 then was processed thru MTK DroidTools but there was no preloader.bin created, I have the original Scatter File for it and the ROM_0 that was produced by SPFT]. CM Flare XL has been flashed with i a rom that I downloaded online claiming it to be the Official ROM for my Phone, and now its producing error 4032 and sometimes 5054, it won’t boot / light up / nor charge but if plugged to my PC it is being detected.

      The same issue is with my Alcatel Flash 2, it was flashed with a wrong preloader and is producing the same errors as the CM Flare XL.

      I just want to know if there’s hope for both phones or should i just quit and buy a new one…

      My own case is weird! I got the new Tecno Droipad8D and used LUCKY PATCHER to PATCH TO ANDROID. The phone rebooted and then won’t complete the booting process till *forever*. It keeps rebooting and rebooting and still can’t complete the process. I went into recovery mode and restored to factory settings, I rebooted but the problem still lives on. I tried factory reset many more time but it didn’t solve the unlimited & reoccurring booting, So I quickly downloaded the STOCK ROM, got SP FLASH TOOL, VCOM_DRIVERS. Loaded the scatter and clicked download, but when I plug my tab (switched_off) , the computer makes a sound indicating that my tab was recognised (meaning the Android Drivers works perfectly )yet, nothing happens. It stays just as if nothing has been connected till I unplug the cable after waiting for like 1year*:( then it gives an error2005. I’m just fed up.       I have a lenovo a369i its stock rom always gets hangups so i tried flashing the same stock rom with sp flash tool then i ended up in hard bricking not charging completely dead but when i try connecting usb to pc it gives a device connected sound but after 5-10 seconds it gets disconnected and again it keeps reconnecting the same procedure . I tried flashing the same rom with the same sp flash tool it gives dram error. What can i do to bring it back to life please suggest.

          My htc desire 616 dual sim (OPBM100) hardbricked, only black screen, device manager continuously connecting and disconnecting between Medial tek USB port and Media tek preloader usb vcom. i downloaded so many roms and tried. every thing failed and in some roms shows error BROM ERROR S DL PMT ERR NO SPACE 5069

      I have read, and re-read all tutorials and comments from this page, and sources from XDA and other forums. This so far seemed to be promising, however, your post stated that there is an issue with Lenovo Phones. I have a Lenovo A369i, infected with Monkey Test and Time Test virus. I have two options to remove them, first is root then install an uninstaller and second is to flash stock rom (since Hard/Factory Reset won't do the job). I am unable to root the phone since the virus keeps on popping up, so I decided to flash it with stock rom. I have researched the phone and several blogs linked me to one source, XDA. I have downloaded it, opened SPFT, saw the green rings and now it is bricked. I have tried using your methods, but unfortunately, none of them worked. Tried switching PCs, reinstalling several drivers from forums, and from Lenovo itself. I have used diff cables, all of which to no avail. I have concluded then that it might be an issue with Lenovo Phones, which is why this tut doesn't work for them. I am thankful that I have found this, but the phone is still bricked. 🙁 I guess this is goodbye Lenovo. 🙂

      Good day sir, it is nice to see your answers and my hope is alive after I googled a few pages. But unfortunately not able to correct. your help is highly appreciable.
      Micromax A102 Doodle 1 Gb RAM + 4GB ROM
      after facing some issues with malware, i tried to factory restore the phone. it was ok and working. but suddenly virus appeared again. I tried 5 times to reset the phone to factory settings but in vein every time this virus installed more Applications. So i assumed i will have to reload from stock rom. I downloaded from https://drive.google.com/uc?id=0B2R8hbN7EN4xM2o2aU1mUHdTa1E this rom and sp tool. tried installing the rom but was unaware about exact procedure and ultimately found that phone is not getting started. although as per instructions it gets detected to device manager under ports (com19). what exactly shall i do ? Thanks for your valuable efforts. I am now getting S_F_T 4032 error.

      I Tried with your steps.
      It still shows same error, ENABLE DRAM FAIL (4032)
      Mistakenly I flashed wrong firmware, now only it is totally dead. because it does not respond, no on, no format, no update, but one thing I noticed it responds when I connect it with USB cable to pc It shows only Mediatk usb VCOM (ANDROID) driver. not MTxx preloader, NOT Mtk USB Port…. I Manually updated driver preloader VCOM because I am operating window 8. help me plz is there any solution, I did not make my backup ROM, now what should I do? I am totally helpless.

      Sir my cell gt-s7582 is like dead, and I don't have stock rom, because by mistake I downloaded wrong firmware, now nothing happens, not charging, not formating, not recovery, as I have tried different firmware after that, but sp flash tool shows Enable DRAM fail 4032, Sir main thing is that I dont have stock rom, now what should I do? any solution?

      my lenovo A850 is bricked when i flashed it. Now it cannot turn on when i put battery in. but when i connect to the computer not detected by pc. when i press power+volume up for 30 second my pc detect it as MKT USB PORT (COM3) for few second. i downloaded new ROM and try to reflashed it and got error BROM ERROR : S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL (4032).
      how to fix it..

      Hello there! I've flashed wrong Stock ROM on my lenovo A850. Now it cannot turn on and not detected by the computer. But when i press power+volume up, the device manager detect it as MKT USB PORT (COM3) for short-time. when i try to reflash it with new ROM provided by http://mobilenetworkcomparison.org.uk/tutorials/how-to-restore-the-lenovo-a850s-stock-rom/. It shows the BROM ERROR : S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL (4032)- power+volume up. what to do please help me..

        Did the device booted up when you flashed your stock ROM? If yes then,
        let your device battery to drain out completely and after that leave it charging for the whole night (6-8 hrs), if its still not booting up then your battery might be damaged!!

      I tried flashing my MICROMAX a114.It is in dead condition but i have charged the battery using another mobile so the battery is always full and whenever i try to connect the device it is connecting to my PC as i verified in device manager…
      I used several versions of sp flash tool and ROM…
      When i connect my phone after clicking on download it starts download DA 100% and then it stops there and shows message DRAM FAILURE 4032 Error…
      I tried clicking volume + and – button and tried even without battery but nothing happens …
      Plz Help me with this issue sir….

      My phone Xolo A500S IPS is completely brick when i flash the official rom with SP Flash Tools. but the SP Flash Tools was old version.
      i successfully flash the official rom on my device. but after flash my device not on when i try to on it with on/off button and not show any charging logo.
      when i reconnect it to my laptop it shows nothing on device manager only beep laptop when i connect it. i try to again install drivers but nothing show. plz help me sir immediately..
