Yes cheap and it's really cheap as what you can get from cheap. Only the quad processor is impressive but the external phone speaker squicks like a duck. The GPS hardware sensor itself is not accurate or maybe not calibrated for any GPS software to work properly. Even the speedometer apps will give you a wrong reading because of it. There is no compass sensor and so your compass needle will always point north. It will not connect to your PC as a USB external drive, as other android phone would normally do. You won't find any software driver from the internet. The unit only comes with charger and USB cable and that is all no CD software not even an acceptable user manual.
